How can we help?

Colophon is an independent reading app for iPhone and iPad running iOS or iPadOS 26 and later.

For help, bug reports, accessibility feedback, or purchase questions, email sir1afifi@gmail.com. Please include the Colophon version shown at the bottom of Settings and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, API tokens, private documents, or other sensitive information.

Quick checks

• If a purchase is missing, open the Colophon Pro screen and choose Restore Purchases.
• If iCloud Sync was just enabled or disabled, restart Colophon so it can reopen the correct library store.
• If reminders do not arrive, check Colophon under Settings → Notifications on your device.
• If a Miniflux, Notion, or Obsidian connection stops working, disconnect it in Colophon Settings, revoke any old credential at the service, and connect again.

Privacy

Before sharing diagnostic details, read the privacy policy. Colophon has no app account, analytics, advertising, or developer-operated data backend.
